超声引导下微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿物临床观察与并发症探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿物的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取2020年6—12月解放军总医院第五医学中心南院区乳腺外科收治的102例乳腺良性肿物患者作为研究对象,根据手术方案的不同分为两组,每组51例。治疗组采用超声引导下乳腺微创旋切术,对照组采用传统开放性手术。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、切口愈合时间、瘢痕长度、术后并发症发生率。结果治疗组手术时间、住院时间、切口愈合时间及瘢痕长度明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术中出血量、术后并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论超声引导下乳腺微创旋切术应用于乳腺良性肿物患者,可缩短手术时间、住院时间、切口愈合时间,缩短术后瘢痕,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive resection for benign breast masses.Methods A total of 102 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to the breast surgery department in the Fifth Medical Center,General Hospital of PLA from June to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and theywere divided into two groups according to the different surgical program,with 51 cases in each group.The treatment group was received ultrasound-guided minimally invasive mastectomy,the control group was operated with traditional open surgery.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,incision healing time,scar length and postoperative complications were comared between the two groups.Results The operation time,hospitalization time,incision healing time andthe scar length in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative complications between the two groups.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive mastectomy wasusedin the treatment for benign breast tumor which can shorten the operation time,hospital stay,incision healing time and the length of postoperative scar,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
