摘  要:创新型实训基地的建设要以学生综合能力培养为根本,培养就业创业工匠技能型人才,以教师实践能力提升为依托,以专业社会服务能力的提高为延伸,进一步深化产教融合,坚持与生产过程零距离对接的建设原则。基地建成后主要承担专业群学生的实践教学,“双师型”教师队伍的实践能力培训;行业、企业技术人员的技术培训、职业技能取证,达到企业技术革新的要求,能开展相关的应用研究工作。课题组将对接无损检测仪器产业和行业,以产教融合、校企合作为途径,以企业实际工作项目为内容,以无损检测操作技能为载体,在校企共建共享模式下,建成集教学、应用研究、技术服务于一体的专业实训基地。The construction of innovative training base should take the cultivation of students'comprehensive ability as the foundation,cultivate artisan skills for employment and entrepreneurship,rely on the improvement of teachers'practical ability,take the improvement of professional social service ability as the extension,further deepen the integration of production and education,and adhere to the construction principle of zero distance docking with the production process.After completion,it mainly undertakes the practical teaching of students in professional groups and the practical ability training of"double-qualified"teachers.Industry and enterprise technical personnel technical training,professional skills forensics,to meet the requirements of enterprise technical innovation,can carry out relevant applied research work.The research group will connect with the industry and industry of nondestructive testing instruments,and build a professional training base integrating teaching,application research and technical service under the mode of coconstruction and sharing between the school and enterprise by means of the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation,taking the actual work projects of enterprises as the content and the operation skills of nondestructive testing as the carrier.
