阿戈美拉汀对围绝经期综合征患者内分泌、睡眠及情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的 探究阿戈美拉汀应用于围绝经期综合征患者的效果及其对患者的内分泌、睡眠质量、焦虑抑郁的影响。方法 选取我院2019年9月~2021年9月期间收治的围绝经期综合征患者82例,根据随机数字表法分组。对照组41例给予帕罗西汀,观察组41例给予阿戈美拉汀,对比两组患者内分泌激素、睡眠质量及焦虑抑郁情绪。结果 两组患者治疗后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)各项评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 帕罗西汀与阿戈美拉汀在改善围绝经期综合征患者内分泌激素方面效果相当,但阿戈美拉汀在降低焦虑抑郁情绪、提高睡眠质量方面的效果更好。Objective To investigate the effect of agomelatin on endocrine hormone,sleep quality,anxiety and depression in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 82 patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected and divided according to random number table method.41 patients in the control group were given paroxetine and 41 patients in the observation group were given agomelatine.Endocrine hormone,sleep quality and anxiety and depression in two groups were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistical significance in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)in two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine and agomelatine have the same effect on improving endocrine hormone in patients with perimenopausal syndrome,but agomelatine has better effect on reducing anxiety/depression and sleep quality.
