盐酸帕罗西汀对女性更年期高血压合并抑郁焦虑患者负性情绪及血压变异性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸帕罗西汀在改善女性更年期高血压合并抑郁焦虑患者负性情绪中的效果及其对血压变异性的影响。方法将我院87例女性更年期高血压合并抑郁焦虑患者采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组43例接受西医基础治疗及生活方式干预,观察组44例在对照组基础上联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,对比两组患者负性情绪、血压变异性以及血清雌二醇、多巴胺水平变化,不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组患者焦虑抑郁评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);日间舒张压标准差两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),余血压变异性指标观察组均较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组多巴胺、雌二醇水平均较对照组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论帕罗西汀联合常规治疗能有效缓解女性更年期高血压合并焦虑抑郁患者的负性情绪,改善血压变异性,增加多巴胺及雌二醇分泌水平,安全性较高。Objective To observe the value of paroxetine hydrochloride in improving the negative emotion of female climacteric patients with hypertension complicated with depression and anxiety and its effect on blood pressure variability.Methods 87 female patients with menopausal hypertension combined with depression and anxiety in our hospital were divided by random number table method.43 cases in the control group received basic Western medicine treatment and lifestyle intervention,and 44 cases in the observation group were treated with paroxetine hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.Negative emotions,blood pressure variability,serum estradiol and dopamine levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,anxiety and depression scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the stan-dard deviation of diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05),and the variability of residual blood pres-sure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of dopamine and estradiol in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine combined with conventional treatment can effectively relieve the negative emotions of female menopause patients with hypertension combined with anxiety and depression,improve blood pressure variability,increase dopamine and estradiol secretion levels,and is safe.
