摘 要:目的探讨雨课堂+背景(B)-目标(O)-预测(P)-参与(P)-后测(P)-总结(S)(BOPPPS)模式联合虚拟仿真技术在护理专业人体解剖学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021级护理专业2个教学班的医学生为研究对象。将教学1班的46名学生设为试验组,教学2班的47名学生设为对照组。对照组学生采取雨课堂+BOPPPS模式教学方法,试验组学生在对照组基础上联合虚拟仿真技术教学。比较两组学生教学结束后的综合成绩、笔试考核成绩、实体标本考试成绩、自主学习能力以及学生对教学的满意度。结果教学结束后试验组学生笔试考核成绩、实体标本考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);教学结束后试验组学生自主学习能力高于对照组(P<0.05);教学结束后试验组学生教学满意度为89.13%,高于对照组学生教学满意度的76.60%(P<0.05)。结论雨课堂+BOPPPS模式联合虚拟仿真技术在护理专业人体解剖学教学中应用良好,可以提升学生的学习成绩、自主学习能力以及教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of rain classroom plus Background-Objective-Preassessment-Participatory learning-Postassessment-Summary(BOPPPS)mode combined with virtual simulation technology in the teaching of human anatomy for nursing specialty.Methods Medical students majored in nursing from two teaching classes of grade 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The students in teaching class 1 were set as the experimental group(n=46),and the students in teaching class 2 were enrolled in the control group(n=47).The control group adopted the rain classroom plus BOPPPS teaching method,and the experimental group students combined virtual simulation technology teaching on the basis of the control group.The comprehensive assessment scores,written test scores,physical specimen test results,autonomous learning abilities,and students'satisfaction with teaching were compared between two groups of students after the complete of teaching.Results After the complete of teaching,the written test and physical specimen test scores of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After teaching,the students in the experimental group had higher self-learning ability than those in the control group(P<0.05);After the end of teaching,the teaching satisfaction of students in the experimental group was 89.13%,which was higher than that of students in the control group which was 76.60%(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of rain class plus BOPPPS mode and virtual simulation technology is well applied in the teaching of human anatomy for nursing majors,which can improve students'academic performance,autonomous learning ability and teaching satisfaction.
