摘 要:鉴于挖掘机整机重量越小越能够节省材料成本和使用能耗,挖掘机结构轻量化设计一直以来都是技术研究热点。无尾型挖掘机回转平台因尾部短小的特殊结构,设计重量与标尾机型相比整体偏大,对其进行轻量化设计很有必要。通过分析回转平台的特点,总结出一些轻量化举措,包括去除多余材料、降低板材厚度、减少焊接量、简化结构与制造工艺等,合理运用以上举措,以有限元强度分析结果为判据,对回转平台进行多轮轻量化设计,在保证结构强度满足要求的情况下,实现轻量化目标。用上述方法对某小型无尾挖掘机回转平台进行轻量化设计,优化后的平台减重比约为10%,轻量化效果显著。Given that the lighter the overall weight of an excavator,the more it can save material costs and energy consumption,the lightweight design of the excavator structure has always been a hot topic of technical research.Due to the special structure of a short tail,the design weight of the revolving frame of the tailless excavator is heavier than that of the excavator with a standard tail,so it is necessary to carry out lightweight design for it.By analyzing the characteristics of the revolving frame,some lightweight measures are summarized,including removing unnecessary materials,reducing plate thickness,reducing welding,simplifying the structure and manufacturing process,etc.By appropriately applying the above measures and taking the results of the finite element strength analysis as a criterion,several rounds of lightweight design are carried out on the revolving frame to achieve the lightweight goal while ensuring that the structural strength meets the requirements.The said methods are applied to the lightweight design of the revolving frame of a small tailless excavator,and the weight of the optimized frame is reduced by about10%,with a remarkable lightweight effect.
