摘  要:数字技术赋能人才培养是未来高等教育变革的重要趋势。法国Ecole 42实行“无教师、无教材、无课程”的数字化教学模式,其人才培养理念和实践广受国际关注。本研究通过分析Ecole 42的培养理念、招生录取、课程教学和评价体系发现,Ecole 42在人才培养理念上推崇“突破常规”、在课程与教学上推行“点对点学习”、营造“寓学于乐”的评价氛围。本研究据此提炼出Ecole 42数字化赋能高校人才培养的创新经验:坚持数字领导力和数字参与,赋能数字教育社区创设;组建数字平台和数字团队,赋能数字教育共同体形成;深化数字认证和数字增值服务,赋能全员数字素养培育。Talent cultivation empowered by digital technology is an important development trend of higher education in the future.France's Ecole 42 implements a digital teaching model,characterized by"no teacher,no textbook,no curriculum."Its talent cultivation concept and practice have attracted wide international attention.This paper reports the analysis results of Ecole 42's cultivation concept,admission process,curriculum and teaching,as well as the evaluation system.The analysis found that Ecole 42 emphasized the value of"out of the box"in its talent development philosophy.In its curriculum and teaching,Ecole 42 implemented a practical program of"peer-to-peer learning."In addition,it created a"learning for fun"evaluation atmosphere from selection to training.Along the important thread of digital parenting,this study further reveals that Ecole 42 empowers the innovation of talent cultivation model in colleges and universities with the following aspects:Digital leadership and digital participation,empowering the digital education communities;building digital platforms and digital teams;deepening digital authentication and digital value-added services,which empowers the cultivation of all-employee digital literacy.
