摘　　要：随着平台经济的不断发展,平台型企业的商业模式创新受到广泛的关注。选取昆明国际花卉拍卖交易中心(简称“昆明花拍中心”)为案例对象,基于动态能力的理论视角,分析农产品拍卖交易平台不同发展阶段商业模式的演变过程。研究发现:农产品拍卖交易平台商业模式的演变与动态能力的变化是相互匹配、相互协同的。其中商业模式主要从价值主张、价值创造和价值获取3个维度进行分析,动态能力主要包括感知能力、创新能力和整合能力。本研究剖析动态能力与平台企业商业模式创新的协同机理,为我国农产品拍卖交易平台商业模式的创新提供参考。With the growing development of platform economy,the business model of platform-based enterprises has received wide attention.The Kunming International Flower Auction and Trading Center(Kunming Flower Auction Center)was selected as a case to analyze the evolution of business models of agricultural auction trading platforms at different stages of development based on the theoretical perspective of dynamic capabilities.The study finds that the business model innovation of agricultural auction trading platform has gone through three stages:start-up,growth and maturity,and the dynamic capability effectively matches and supports the business model innovation.The business model and dynamic capabilities are mutually matched and evolve synergistically.This study analyzes the synergistic mechanism of dynamic capability and business model innovation of plaform enterprises,and provides suggestions for the innovation of business model of agricultural products auction trading market in China.
