摘　　要：前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)是威胁老年男性健康的常见恶性肿瘤之一。近年来,免疫治疗作为PCa治疗的新兴领域,通过激活机体免疫系统以达到杀伤肿瘤细胞的目的。癌症疫苗作为免疫治疗的一个重要组成部分,在恶性肿瘤的精准治疗中具有独特的地位。PCa疫苗主要有单核细胞疫苗、树突状细胞疫苗、腺病毒疫苗、多肽疫苗和DNA/mRNA疫苗等。其中的预防性疫苗如HPV疫苗已开展临床试验,旨在降低PCa风险。治疗性疫苗则通过刺激免疫系统来攻击癌细胞,包括树突状细胞疫苗、mRNA疫苗和个性化疫苗等。此外,新型多肽疫苗和DNA疫苗也在研究中,这些疫苗具有更好的特异性和安全性,为PCa的治疗提供了新的选择。Prostate cancer(PCa)is one of the most common malignancies threatening the health of elderly men.In recent years,immunotherapy has emerged as a new field in the treatment of PCa,aiming to kill tumor cells by activating the body’s immune system.Cancer vaccines,as an important component of immunotherapy,occupy a unique position in the precise treatment of malignant tumors.PCa vaccines mainly include monocyte vaccines,dendritic cell vaccines,adenovirus vaccines,polypeptide vaccines,and DNA/mRNA vaccines.Preventive vaccines such as HPV vaccines have been tested in clinical trials to reduce the risk of PCa.Therapeutic vaccines stimulate the immune system to attack cancer cells,including dendritic cell vaccines,mRNA vaccines,and personalized vaccines.In addition,novel polypeptide vaccines and DNA vaccines are also under investigation,which offer better specificity and safety,providing new options for the treatment of PCa.
