摘  要:借鉴直升机上的矢量推进技术,研究出一种提高载具灵活性、降低载具的操作难度的水下推进装置,在船模上进行初期测试。联想到大气和水下的环境相似性,将航模的金属头旋翼总成装置运用到船模上,代替船模原来的水下推进器。旋翼头总成装置控制运动方向的三个自由度分别用一个总线舵机控制,旋翼主轴的旋转用38电机通过带传动驱动。由于旋翼头总成装置是位于水下的,而总线舵机和38电机需要在水面上,所以它们之间的运动通过一套传动装置连接,让水面上的控制系统能够控制水面下的旋翼头总成装置运动。传动装置用三维软件建模并3D打印出实物。通过对直升机的矢量推进技术的了解,在此技术基础上模拟载具的矢量推进,制造最新型的水下推进装置,用以提升载具的灵活性、安全性,减少船只的事故触发率。它不仅可以适用于小型的水上游艇,大可以用于万吨巨轮,甚至在未来该技术发展成熟的时候,还可以用于海军的潜艇等,是一件有价值,有前途的项目。Based on the vector propulsion technology of helicopter,an underwater propulsion device is developed to improve the flexibility of the carrier and reduce the operation difficulty of the carrier,and the initial test is carried out on the ship model.Considering the similarity between the atmosphere and the underwater environment,the metal head rotor assembly device of the model is applied to the ship model to replace the original underwater propeller of the ship model.The three degrees of freedom of the control motion direction of the rotor head assembly device are controlled by a bus steering gear,and the rotation of the rotor spindle is driven by 38 motors through belt drive.Since the rotor head assembly device is located underwater,and the bus steering gear and the 38 motor need to be on the water surface,the movement between them is connected by a set of transmission devices,so that the control system on the water surface can control the movement of the rotor head assembly device under the water surface.The transmission device is modeled by three-dimensional software and 3D printed out.Based on the understanding of the vector propulsion technology of the helicopter,the vector propulsion of the vehicle is simulated on the basis of this technology,and the latest underwater propulsion device is manufactured to improve the flexibility and safety of the vehicle and reduce the accident trigger rate of the ship.It can not only be applied to small water yachts,large can be used for ten thousand tons of ship,even in the future when the technology is mature,can also be used for the navy's submarines,is a valuable and promising project.
