摘 要:在新时代诠释并厘清大学与校友的关系,有助于实现大学高质量发展。长期以来,大学与校友的关系建立在“学缘关系”基础上,历经多样态发展。现今大学的建设发展、各类排名与校友成长成才之间变得密不可分,并以多维模式结成“发展共同体”。基于马克思“类哲学”的“共同体”理论启发,地方高校“大学-校友”发展共同体应具有合作和共享、需求与互动、价值与反馈三重意蕴,并提出以“保持共情、形成共生、促进共享、实现共荣”的路径建构“大学-校友”新型关系,实现价值共创。Both the interpretation and the clarification of the relationship between the university and its alumni in the new era is conducive to the realization of the high-quality development of the university.For a long time,the relationship between universities and alumni has been established on the basis of“study relationship”,going through the development in various forms.Nowadays,the construction and development of universities,various rankings and the growth of alumni have become inseparable,resulting in the“development community”formed in a multi-dimensional model.Inspired by the“community”theory of Marx’s“Category Philosophy”,we argue that the“university-alumni”development community in local colleges and universities must possess such trebling connotations as cooperation and share,demand and interaction,value and feedback.Meanwhile a path is advanced to construct the new-type relationship of“university-alumni”by“keeping empathy”,“forming intergrowth”,“promoting share”and“realizing common prosperity”for the realization of value co-creation.
