摘  要:目的探究“参与式”联合“互动式”模式对医院规培护士带教质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2021年10月惠州市第三人民医院138名规培护士为研究对象,于2019年1月—2020年5月进行传统教学模式的65名规培护士为对照组,于2020年6月—2021年10月采用“参与式”联合“互动式”教学模式进行教学的73名规培护士为观察组;比较两组规护士综合能力、测评满意度。结果观察组综合能力(教学查房、基础操作、专业操作、突发情况处理)中各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组测评满意度(95.89%)显著高于对照组(84.61%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“参与式”联合“互动式”模式与传统带教模式相比,规培护士综合能力与满意度均得到提升。Objective To explore the impact of"participatory"combined with"interactive"model on the quality of hospital training nurse teaching.Methods A total of 138 training nurses from the Huizhou Third People Hospital from January 2021 to October 2019 were selected as the study objects,the control group consisted of 65 training nurses who were taught in the traditional teaching mode from January 2019 to May 2020 the observation group ansisted of 73 training nurses who taught with the impact of"particpatory"combined with"interactive"moded from june 2020 to Oc-tober 2021.The comprehensive ability and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group's comprehensive ability scores(teaching ward rounds,basic operations,professional operations,emergency han-dling)were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The evaluation satisfaction of the observation group(95.89%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.61%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching model,the nurse's"participatory"combined with"interactive"model can improve the comprehensive ability and satis-faction of standardized training students.
