摘  要:电机轴承故障是电机常见故障之一。对电机轴承故障进行精确诊断是确保电机安全稳定运行的必要措施。现提出了一种基于振动监测的电机轴承故障智能诊断方法。利用振动加速度传感器监测电机轴承振动,采集电机振动加速度数据,然后对电机振动加速度数据进行时域分析和频域分析,提取与电机轴承故障相关的时域特征参数和频域特征参数,再依据电机故障故障特征参数判断电机是否存在轴承故障。实际应用表明,电机轴承故障智能诊断方法可对电机轴承故障进行精确诊断。The bearing fault is one of the common faults of electric motors,and the accurate diagnosis of which is a necessary measure to ensure the safe and stable operation of the motor.This paper proposes an intelligent diagnosis method of motor bearing fault based on vibration monitoring.First,a vibration acceleration sensor is used to monitor the bearing vibration and collect its acceleration data.And then,the time-domain and frequency-domain analyses of the data are carried ou to extract time-domain and frequency-domain characteristic parameters related to the bearing faults.Finally,whether the motor has bearing fault is determined based on these characteristic parameters.The practical application has shown that the intelligent diagnosis method of the bearing fault can accurately diagnose the bearing fault of the motor.
