摘 要:该文调查目标是评价和了解长沙市天心区中建幼儿园日常生活中的膳食、睡眠时间、屏前时间等因素对其体质指数(BMI)的分布影响。方法主要采用问卷调查法,包括基本信息、膳食、睡眠时间、屏前时间共四个部分。对数据的分析和整理主要采用EXCEL和SPSS25.0等软件,利用卡方检验来分析膳食、睡眠时间、屏前时间与幼儿体质指数是否存在相关性。然后将有统计学意义的因素进行Logistic回归分析,进一步研究对体质指数影响的因素。结果:为对调查对象进行超重肥胖检出发现,男幼儿超重和肥胖率分别为17.81%、16.44%,而女幼儿则为8%、6.67%。男幼儿超重和肥胖率均大于女幼儿(p<0.05)。用EXCEL进行相关性分析发现蔬菜、豆类与体质指数呈负相关,而蛋白质、碳水化合物以及每天摄入的总能量均与体质指数呈正相关,在睡眠方面平均睡眠时长与体质指数呈负相关,而屏前时间与体质指数并无相关性。多因素Logistic回归分析发现,在睡眠方面女幼儿比男幼儿超重肥胖率更低(p<0.05),上学日睡眠时长越长,超重肥胖率的风险更低。(OR=0.789,95%CI=0.636-0.992,p=0.041)。屏前时间越长,幼儿BMI为超重、肥胖的风险就越大(p<0.05,OR=1.14,95%CI=1.01-1.29)。The purpose of this study is to evaluate and understand the influence of diet,sleep time,screen time factors of Zhongjian Kindergarten's daily life in Tianxin district,Changsha City on the distribution of the constitution index(BMI).We mainly use questionnaire survey,including the basic information,diet,sleep time and screen time.Data analysis and ar-rangement mainly conducted by EXCEL and SPSS25.0 software,using the square test to test whether the diet,sleep time,screen time are correlated with children's physical index.Statistically significant factors were then subjected to Logistic re-gression analysis to further study the factors affecting the physical fitness index.And the rates of overweight and obesity were 17.81%and 16.44%respectively,compared with 8%and 6.67%for young girls.Male children were more overweight and obese than female children(p<0.05).Correlation analysis by EXCEL found that vegetables and legumes were negatively correlated with the physical fitness index,while protein,carbohydrates and total daily energy intake were all positively cor-related with the physical fitness index.In terms of sleep,the average sleep length was negatively associated with the physi-cal fitness index,while the screen time was not correlated with the physical fitness index.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis found that female children had a lower rate of overweight and obesity than men(p<0.05),and longer sleep on school days,lower risk of overweight and obesity.(OR=0.789,95%CI=0.636-0.992,p=0.041).The longer the screen time,the greater the risk of overweight and obesity for children's BMI.(p<0.05,OR=1.14,95%CI=1.01-1.29).
