摘　　要：现今随着加快建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国的战略目标,中国高校体育教育改革也在持续推进,高校体育教学与运动训练迎来了更大的机遇和挑战。而体育教学与运动训练中仍存在诸多问题,包括高校体育教师对体育教学与运动训练的认识不充分、高校体育教学理论与实践存在脱节、高校体育教学的碎片认知无法实现体育教学与运动训练的共融发展等问题。因此基于教育效益的理论视角,对高校体育教学与运动训练现存问题进行剖析。通过研究,为了优化提升体育教学与运动训练的教育效益,需要重视高校体育教学与运动训练的交互作用,进一步加大教育成本投入,同时降低教育劳动损耗,为优化教育效益提供保障。Nowadays,with the strategic goal of accelerating the construction of a strong education country,a strong science and technology country,and a strong talent country,the reform of physical education in colleges and universities in China is also continuing to promote,and physical education teaching and sports training has ushered in greater opportunities and challenges.And there are still many problems in physical education teaching and sports training,including insufficient understanding of physical education teaching and sports training by college physical education teachers,disconnection between the theory and practice of physical education teaching in colleges and universities,and fragmented cognition of physical education teaching in colleges and universities,which cannot realize the communal development of physical education teaching and sports training.Therefore,based on the theoretical perspective of educational benefits,the existing problems of physical education teaching and sports training in colleges and universities are analyzed.Through the study,in order to optimize the educational benefits of physical education and sports training,we should pay attention to the interaction between physical education and sports training in colleges and universities,further increase the investment of educational costs,and reduce the loss of educational labor to optimize the educational benefits.
