摘　　要：体育实验教学通过分析运动发展模式对人体形状和结构的影响来研究机械运动与人体运动之间的关系,同时这是一个非常实用的教学主题。实验体育教育是一种将体育实践与理论相结合的好的教学方法,教学质量直接影响学生的学习成绩和未来的体育课程。基于此,该文以体育实验教学改革探讨为研究对象,对体育实验教学概述和意义进行了介绍,然后对体育实验教学存在的问题进行分析,并基于问题提出了几点措施,以供相关人员参考。Sports experiment teaching is to explore the relationship between human movement and mechanical movement through the analysis of the influence of sports development model on the human body shape and structure.At the same time,this is also a very practical teaching topic.Physical education experiment teaching is a good teaching method combining sports practice with theory,and its teaching quality will be directly affect studentslearning results and the physical education professional courses in the future.Based on that,this paper takes the reform of physical education experiment teaching as the research object,introduces the overview and significance of physical education experiment teaching,and then analyzes the problems existing in the physical education experiment teaching,and puts forward some measures based on those problems for the reference by relevant personnel.
