摘 要:该文旨在探究核心力量训练对青少年篮球投篮提升的重要性。该文采用随机对照试验的方法,将参与者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组进行核心力量训练,对照组进行传统的篮球训练。训练时间为8周,每周3次,每次60分钟。在训练前、训练后和训练结束后的第4周进行测试。参与者为20名年龄在14~16岁之间的篮球运动员,均为男性,实验组和对照组的人数分别为10人。结果发现,在双脚静止和单脚站立测试中,实验组的表现均优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);在站立、行走和跳跃投篮测试中,实验组的表现均优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果表明,实验组中,核心力量与身体稳定性和投篮精度之间均存在显著正相关。通过对文献进行综合分析,结合实验研究的结果,得出核心力量训练可以提高青少年篮球运动员的投篮精度、力量输出和稳定性等方面的能力,从而提高其在比赛中的表现。该文的结论有助于指导篮球训练的实践工作,并为相关研究提供参考。The purpose of this paper is to explore the importance of core strength training on the improvement of teenagersbasketball shooting.This study adopts the method of randomized controlled trial,and the participants are randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group underwent core strength training,while the control group underwent traditional basketball training.The training lasted eight weeks,three times a week,with each time lasting 60 minutes.The tests were performed before and after training and in the 4th week after training.The participants were 20 basketball players aged between 14-16,all males.The experimental group and the control group were 10 people respectively.The results showed that the experimental group performed better than the control group in both the Two legged stationary and One legged standing tests,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In addition,the experimental group performed better than the control group in standing,walking and jumping shooting tests,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis show that there is a significant positive correlation between core strength,body stability and shooting accuracy in the experimental group.Through the comprehensive analysis of literature,combined with the results of experimental research,it is concluded that core strength training can improve the shooting accuracy,power output and stability of young basketball players,so as to promote their performance in the games.The conclusion of this paper is helpful to guide the practice of basketball training and provide references for related research.
