摘　　要：嘉宝果是一种常绿灌木果树,属桃金娘科,其果实香甜多汁,风味独特,且富含多种营养元素,起到重要的保健作用,具有较高的经济和利用价值。鉴于嘉宝果较大的市场潜力,从嘉宝果的植物学特性、栽培技术、采后保鲜、营养功效和产品加工等方面进行了综述,旨在为我国开展嘉宝果的研究和推动嘉宝果产业发展提供参考。Jaboticaba,which belongs to the Myrtaceae family,is sweet and juicy,with a unique flavor and rich in various nutrients.It has important health benefits and high economic value.In view of the significant market potential of jaboticaba,this paper summarized the botanical characteristics,cultivation techniques,preservation,efficacy,and product processing of jaboticaba.The aim is to provide reference for the research and development of jaboticaba in China.
