黄芪建中汤加减联合三联法治疗女性慢性胃炎合并幽门螺杆菌感染的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪建中汤加减联合三联法治疗女性慢性胃炎合并幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月利川市民族中医院收治的54例女性慢性胃炎合并Hp感染患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组,每组各42例。对照组采用三联法,实验组在对照组基础上采用黄芪建中汤加减,比较两组中医症候积分及治疗效果。结果治疗后,实验组中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤加减联合三联法治疗女性慢性胃炎合并Hp感染的临床效果确切,可有效改善临床症状,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with triple therapy in the treatment of female chronic gastritis complicated with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods A total of 54 female patients with chronic gastritis complicated with Hp infection admitted to Lichuan Ethnic Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triple therapy,and the experimental group was treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on the basis of control group.The syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with triple therapy in the treatment of female chronic gastritis complicated with Hp infection is exact,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and is worthy of clinical promotion.
