现代性悖论及其城市空间生产异化的批判思考——以近代上海为例

摘　　要：近代以来,深受资本逻辑宰制,以理性和主体性为根基的现代性一方面创造了高度发达的城市文明,另一方面又伴随着自身发展走向其对立面,致使理性与主体性危机在城市空间集中爆发。城市空间生产既面临被工具理性异化的困境,又呈现出对异质容受的价值追求。回顾历史,受资本现代性异化的影响,近代上海光鲜亮丽的城区中夹杂着阴暗逼仄的缝隙空间,并在其中孕育着各类奇异的建筑物及其多元场景,以一种异质聚合的假晶结构对抗着资本逻辑的冷酷与现实,体现着现代性的悖论。反思当代城市更新中的空间生产既应坚持现代性发展理念,又应正视资本逻辑和城市各主体发展差异性的矛盾,秉持辩证的态度对空间异质性受容,营造共建共治共享的有情之所。Since modern times,modernity,which is dominated by capital logic and based on rationality and subjectivity,on one hand has created a highly developed urban civilization,and on the other hand,has accompanied its own development to its opposite,resulting in a centralized outbreak of rationality and subjectivity crisis in urban space.Urban space production is not only faced with the dilemma of alienation by instrumental rationality,but also presents the value pursuit of heterogeneous tolerance.Looking back on history,influenced by the alienation of capital modernity,the bright and beautiful urban area of modern Shanghai was mixed with dark and narrow gap spaces,in which various kinds of strange buildings and their multiple scenes were generated,opposing the coldness and reality of capital with a heterogeneous aggregation of false crystal structure,reflecting the paradox of modernity.Reflecting on the space production in contemporary urban renewal,we should not only adhere to the concept of modern development,but also face up to the contradiction between capital logic and the differences in the development of various urban subjects,embrace spatial heterogeneity with a dialectical attitude,and create a place of love for co-construction,co-governance and sharing.
