摘 要:目的:探讨采用大数据技术干预高职学生课余体育锻炼行为的效果。方法:抽取20名大一学生分成实验组和对照组,实验组进行大数据干预,对照组保持原有的体育锻炼方式。结果:实验组组内比较,大数据技术干预后体育锻炼频率、锻炼时间、锻炼强度和三项身体素质比干预前都有明显提高(p<0.05);对照组组内比较,实验前后体育锻炼频率、锻炼时间、锻炼强度和三项身体素质没有显著性的变化(p>0.05);组间比较,实验组和对照组的体育锻炼频率、锻炼时间、锻炼强度和三项身体素质在实验后有显著性的变化(p<0.05);结论:采用大数据技术干扰,能有效地促进学生体育锻炼习惯的养成和身体素质的提高;对照组学生在体育锻炼行为和身体素质等没有明显的改善,耐力素质还有下降趋势。Objective:Explore the effect of big data technology to intervene on the extracurricular physical exercise behavior of higher vocational students.Methods:20 freshmen wereselected anddivided into experimental and control groups.The experimental group received big data intervention,and the control group maintained the original physical exercise method.Results:The results show that students have significantly improved in exercise frequency,exercise duration,exercise intensity and three physical qualities in the experimental group(p<0.05).But there was no significant change in the control group(p>0.05);There weresignificant changes in comparison between groups after the experiment(p<0.05).Conclusion:The use of big data technology interference can effectively promote the development of students'physical exercise habits and the improvement of physical quality.The students have no obvious improvement in physical exercise behavior and physical quality,and their endurance quality still has a downward trend in the control group.
