摘 要:为研究吊养牡蛎对南美白对虾工厂化生物絮团养殖水环境及对虾存活与生长的影响,在对虾放养密度均为600尾/m^(3)的养殖桶中分别按照0、25、50、75、100和125只/m^(3)的密度吊养太平洋牡蛎,每个吊养密度设3个重复,连续饲养90 d,每10 d测定一次水体生物絮团水体总悬浮物(TSS)、总氨氮(TAN)、亚硝酸盐氮(NO_(2)^(-)N)和硝酸盐氮(NO_(3)^(-)N),饲养结束后计数各桶存活的对虾并计算存活率,同时测定对虾体重。结果表明:50~125只/m^(3)的牡蛎吊养密度可将TSS控制在最有利于南美白对虾养殖的600 mg/L以下,牡蛎吊养密度50~75只/m^(3)能有效降低养殖水体中的TAN、NO_(2)^(-)-N、NO_(3)^(-)-N含量,且对虾的存活率显著高于其他各组,50~125只/m^(3)试验组的对虾体重无显著差异,但显著高于0和25只/m^(3)的试验组。In order to study the effects of hanging oysters on the aquatic environment of factory biofloc culture of Litopenaeus van⁃namei and the survival and growth of L.vannamei,Pacific oysters were raised in breeding barrels(all with a stocking density of 600 shrimp/m^(3))at a density of 0,25,50,75,100 and 125 oysters/m^(3),respectively.Three replicates were set for each hanging density,and the prawns were continuously fed for 90 days.The contents of total suspended solids(TSS),total ammonia nitrogen(TAN),nitrite nitrogen(NO_(2)^(-)N)and nitrate nitrogen(NO_(3)^(-)N)were measured every 10 days.After the feeding experiment,the number of prawns alive in each bucket was counted and the survival rate was calculated.Meanwhile,the weight of prawns were measured.The results showed that the TSS could be controlled below 600 mg/L at the density of 50~125 oysters/m^(3),which is most beneficial to the culture of L.vannamei.The concentration of 50 to 75 oysters/m^(3)can effectively reduce the contents of TAN,NO_(2)^(-)-N and NO_(3)^(-)-N in aquaculture water.In addition,the survival rate of prawn in the test group with a density of 50~75 oysters/m^(3)was significantly higher than that in other groups.There was no significant difference in body weight of prawn in 50~125 oysters/m^(3)groups,but it was significantly higher than that in 0 and 25 oysters/m^(3)groups.
