摘　　要：作为会议领域的关键一环,PCO(Profesional Conference Organizer专业会议组织者)的作用十分重要,不仅决定着活动整体策划与价值塑造,也影响着活动的执行力与传播力。从一般性的商业活动看,好的策划会给产品营销带来巨大的推动力;而从政府性办会角度出发,如何起到好的影响,产生高质量的对外合作机会才是重点。因此,出发点不同,对PCO办会的要求也不同。As a key link in the conference fi eld,the role of PCO(Professional Conference Organizer)is very important,which not only determines the overall planning and value shaping of the event,but also infl uences the execution and dissemination of the event.From the perspective of general business activities,good planning will bring great impetus to product marketing;while from the perspective of governmental conference organizers,how to play a good impact and resulting in high-quality external cooperation opportunities are the focus.Therefore,with different starting points,the requirements for PCO to organize meetings are also different.
