摘　　要：数字技术赋能是促进乡村公共服务创新的关键,也是推进乡村振兴战略的重要任务,与村民生活质量的提升关系密切。近年来,数字技术发展迅速,在推进乡村公共服务数字化,智能化过程中发挥重要作用。通过互联网接入、智能化设备、大数据分析、移动支付等技术途径来实现数字技术赋能乡村公共服务创新。当前,数字技术赋能乡村公共服务创新存在数字鸿沟、数字基础设施建设不完善、数字共享机制不健全等问题,亟需破解数字鸿沟、加强基础设施建设、构建数字共享机制等方式来推进乡村公共服务数字化建设,提高乡村公共服务水平与效率。Digital technology empowerment is the key to promoting innovation in rural public services and an important task in advancing the rural revitalization strategy,and it is closely related to improving the quality of life of villagers.In recent years,digital technology has developed rapidly and played an important role in promoting the digitization and intelligence of rural public services.Digital technology empowers rural public service innovation through technical means such as Internet access,intelligent devices,big data analysis,and mobile payment.At present,there are problems such as the digital divide,imperfect digital infrastructure construction,and incomplete digital sharing mechanisms in the digital technology empowerment of rural public service innovation.It is urgent to solve the digital divide,strengthen infrastructure construction,and build a digital sharing mechanism to promote the digital construction of rural public services and improve the level and efficiency of rural public services.
