摘  要:办学理念是学校之魂,反映学校办学宗旨、办学目标、办学策略和教育追求。课程建设是推进教育教学改革的重要手段,也是办学理念的重要载体。新时代背景下,教员要顺势而为,主动参与,厘清办学理念与课程改革的内在关系,让教学理念成为优化课程的引擎,探索出一条适合自身发展的金课建设之路。The educational philosophy is the soul of a school,reflecting its educational purpose,objectives,strategies,and pursuits.course construction is an important means of promoting education and teaching reform,as well as an important carrier of educational philosophy.In the context of the new era,teachers should take advantage of the situation,actively participate,clarify the inherent relationship between educational philosophy and course reform,make teaching philosophy the engine for optimizing course,and explore a path of building a goldencourse that is suitable for their own development.
