摘　　要：分析金宝Prismaflex连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)机的设计原理和治疗模式,基于设备的基本结构与治疗流程解析CRRT设备出现的压力接头和秤归零测试失败的典型故障案例,提出针对性解决方案及维护保养策略,保障CRRT机稳定高效运行。By analyzing the design principles and treatment modes of Gambro Prismaflex CRRT device,based on the basic structure and treatment process,and the typical failure cases of pressure joints and scale zeroing test failures in continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)equipment were analyzed,the targeted solution and maintenance strategies were proposed to ensure the stable and efficient operation of CRRT equipment.
