摘 要:培养学生具备主导未来社会的人性素养,为学生未来发展奠基,是韩国人性教育的发展愿景。2020年以来,通过出台人性教育相关发展计划,韩国在人性教育项目的开发与普及、人性教育治理中的多元主体参与、人性教育教师的培训与能力提升、家校社协同的人性教育体系构建等方面取得相应进展,并确定了基于学校课程充实人性教育、推进实践导向的个性化人性教育、寻求人性教育替代方案、深化人性教育教师培训等一系列新举措。对韩国人性教育相关发展计划的考察,有助于促进我国对如何培育学生在未来社会所需的素养这一问题进行积极思考。It is the vision of the Republic of Korea’s character education to cultivate students with the character competences that dominate the future society and lay the foundation for their future development.By analyzing the development plans of character education in the Republic of Korea since 2020,it is apparent that progress has been achieved in the development and popularization of character education programs,the participation of multiple actors in the governance of character education,the training and capacity enhancement of character education teachers,and the construction of a character education system that involves collaboration among families,schools,and the community.It also determines a series of new initiatives,such as enriching character education based on school curriculum,promoting practice-oriented personalized character education,seeking alternatives to character education,and deepening character education teacher training.The analysis of the Republic of Korea’s character education development plans will stimulate reflection on how to cultivate the competences that Chinese students will need in the future society.
