摘 要:拔牙术作为口腔外科常见手术之一,能够有效治疗多种口腔疾病,但是,由于拔牙可造成组织损伤,会引发不同程度疼痛,增加患者身心负担。近年来,随着微创拔牙技术的发展,各种新型拔牙器械在拔牙手术中应用,其能有效减轻组织、骨质损伤,从而降低患者术后疼痛,对医疗服务质量的提高有重要意义。基于此,文章对微创拔牙使用的器械、麻醉药物、辅助仪器以及临床应用情况展开论述。As one of the common operations in oral surgery,tooth extraction can effectively treat a variety of oral diseases.However,because tooth extraction can cause tissue damage,it will cause different degrees of pain and increase the physical and mental burden of patients.In recent years,with the development of minimally invasive tooth extraction technology,a variety of new tooth extraction instruments have been applied in tooth extraction surgery,which can effectively reduce tissue and bone damage,thus reducing postoperative pain of patients,and is of great significance to the improvement of medical service quality.Based on this,the article discusses the instruments,anesthetic drugs,auxiliary instruments and clinical application of minimally invasive tooth extraction.
