Protaper机用镍钛预备系统预备根管在隐裂性牙髓炎治疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析采用Protaper机用镍钛预备系统进行根管预备对隐裂性牙髓炎患者行一次性根管治疗的影响。方法:选取2021年10月~2022年9月收治的120例隐裂性牙髓炎患者,根据就诊顺序进行分组,序号为奇数的60例为观察组,偶数的60例则为对照组。两组均采用一次性根管治疗。观察组采用Protaper机用镍钛预备系统进行根管预备,对照组采用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备。对比两组疼痛情况、根管预备效果、根管充填效果、根管预备时间及临床疗效。结果:观察组VAS评分低于对照组,根管预备时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组根管预备效果及充填效果分布情况优于对照组,治疗总有效率则明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Protaper机用镍钛预备系统预备根管可有效减轻隐裂性牙髓炎患者的疼痛,并缩短根管预备时间,提升根管预备成形效果,改善临床疗效。Objective:To analyze the effect of root canal preparation with a Protaper niti preparation system on the treatment of patients with fissure pulpitis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with fissure pulpitis admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.The 60 patients with odd numbers were set as the observation group,and the 60 patients with even numbers were set as the observation group.Both groups were treated with one-time root canal treatment.In the observation group,the Protaper machine with niti preparation system and stainless steel K file were used for root canal preparation.The pain,root canal preparation effect,root canal filling effect,root canal preparation time and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the root canal preparation time was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The root canal preparation effect and filling effect distribution of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The Protaper niti preparation system can effectively reduce the pain of the patients with fissure pulpitis,shorten the time of root canal preparation,improve the effect of root canal preparation,and improve the clinical efficacy.
