地铁盾构隧道整体道床渗漏水治理措施探讨

摘  要:以北京市某地铁运营线路盾构隧道区间整体道床严重渗漏水为例,从环境因素和结构缺陷方面分析了渗漏水产生的原因,重点研究了道床渗漏水的串水路径;阐述了区间纵坡、水头压力、沿程阻力和造成道床渗漏水的作用规律;在结构变形和轨道线形监控、防止道床变形的前提下,提出了采用工前雷达扫描确定病害类型、范围与程度,工后雷达扫描评估注浆治理效果的措施;将系统治理过程分为泄压封缝、壁后注浆、环氧加固3个关键步骤,并给出了每个步骤的施工过程控制指标来确保注浆质量。这些措施的运用最终达到了预期的治理效果。Taken the serious water leakage of monolithic track bed in a shield tunnel of an operating subway line in Beijing as an example,the causes are analyzed from environmental factors and structural defects,and the path is studied primarily;The action law of longitudinal slope,water head pressure,delay resistance and the resulting leakage of track bed are expounded;Under the structural deformation,track alignment monitoring and prevent track bed deformation,it is put forward that the type,scope and degree of disease are determined by radar scanning before construction,and the effect of grouting treatment is evaluated by radar scanning after construction;The system treatment process is divided into three key steps of pressure relief sealing,grouting behind the tunnel and epoxy reinforcement.The construction process control indexes of each step are given to ensure the grouting effect.Finally,the expected treatment effect is achieved by the above measures.
