摘　　要：近年来,全球毒品泛滥态势进一步发展,药物滥用已成为全球公共卫生问题。针灸作为我国传统医学的重要组成部分,被证实在减轻药物依赖戒断症状、干预心理渴求和降低复吸率具有显著优势。本文通过归纳总结国内外针灸治疗药物依赖的相关研究,围绕药物依赖相关机制、针灸治疗药物依赖的作用机制及临床疗效三个方面进行探讨,以期为后续研究提供科学依据。In recent years,with the further development of the global drug epidemic,drug abuse has become a global public health problem.Acupuncture,as an important part of traditional medicine in China,has been proved to have significant advantages in alleviating withdrawal symptoms,intervening psychological craving and reducing relapse rate.This paper summarizes the relevant studies on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of drug dependence at home and abroad,focusing on the related mechanisms of drug dependence The mechanism and clinical effect of acupuncture on drug dependence were discussed in order to provide a scientific basis for the follow⁃up study.
