加热温度和时间对高端汽车用弹簧钢表面脱碳的影响

摘  要:以W55SiCrC弹簧钢为研究对象,分析了不同加热温度和时间条件下W55SiCrC弹簧钢的表面脱碳行为。研究结果表明:当加热温度在850℃以下时,弹簧钢脱碳层组织为铁素体脱碳层;当加热温度超过850℃时,脱碳层组织以部分脱碳层为主。随着加热温度的增加,总脱碳层深度呈先增大后减小趋势,且在1100℃达到最大值;铁素体脱碳层深度随之先增大后减小,最后趋于稳定,在800℃时达到最大值。随着保温时间的延长,总脱碳层深度和铁素体脱碳层深度逐渐增大,但增长趋势减缓。因此,在W55SiCrC弹簧钢实际生产过程中,应尽量避免在800℃及1100℃加热,且钢坯在两相区加热阶段需要快速加热,减少在两相区的停留时间。Taking W55SiCrC spring steel as the research object,the effects of heating temperature and time on the surface decarburization of W55SiCrC spring steel were analyzed.The results show that when the heating temperature was below 850℃,the decarburization layer of the spring steel was the ferrite decarburization layer.When the heating temperature was above 850℃,the decarburization layer of the spring steel was mainly partial decarburization layer.With the increase of heating temperature,the depth of total decarburization layer first increased and then decreased,and reached the maximum value at 1100℃.The depth of the ferrite decarburization layer also increased and then decreased,and finally became stable,reaching the maximum value at 800℃.With prolonging the holding time,the total decarburization layer depth and ferrite decarburization layer depth gradually increased,but the growth tended to slowed down.Therefore,in the actual production process of W55SiCrC spring steel,the heating temperatures of 800℃and 1100℃should be avoided,and the billet needs to be heated quickly during the dual-phase region to reduce the residence time in the dual-phase region.
