摘　　要：以某钢铁公司内训师任职资格培训项目的实践为基石,从内训师培养的选拔、培育、评价、使用着手,提出了内训师队伍“选育评用”一体化的人才梯队培养模式,为企业人力资源部门内训师队伍的培养和管理提供了新思路。Based on the practice of the internal trainer qualification training project in a steel company,this paper creatively puts forward a talent cultivation mechanism with a closed-loop management model integrating“cultivation;elevation and employment”of internal trainer team,which provides an insightful new idea for the training and management of internal trainer team for the human resources department of an enterprise.
