摘 要:放射治疗是乳腺癌综合治疗的重要环节,但其心肺剂量则易导致放射性心脏病等并发症的发生。因此,如何减少心脏剂量、降低放疗并发症成为乳腺癌精准放疗的研究重点。深吸气屏气是一类呼吸控制方法,其应用于放疗可减少心肺等危及器官的受照剂量,以期减少放射性心脏损伤、改善患者远期预后。本文旨在概述乳腺癌放疗引起的心脏毒性及保护方法,深吸气屏气技术的剂量优势及应用,为临床和科研工作提供思路及方向。Radiotherapy is an important part of comprehensive treatment of breast cancer,but its cardiopulmonary dose can easily lead to complications such as radiation heart disease.Therefore,how to reduce the cardiac dose and the complications of radiotherapy has become the research focus of precision radiotherapy for breast cancer.Deep inspiration breath-hold is a type of breathing control method,which can be used in radiotherapy to reduce the exposure dose to the heart and lungs and other organs at risk,in order to reduce radiation-induced heart damage and improve the long-term prognosis of patients.This article aims to outline the cardiotoxicity caused by breast cancer radiotherapy and its protection methods,and the dose advantages and applications of deep inspiration breath-hold technique to provide ideas and directions for clinical and scientific research.
