摘　　要：目的:探讨脐带血造血干细胞移植患者合并新型冠状病毒感染的临床特点及治疗策略,从而提升此类患者的临床诊疗水平。方法:回顾性分析16例脐带血移植患者的一般情况、临床诊断、新型冠状病毒感染特征、细胞植活时间、治疗方案以及预后。结果:15例患者以发热伴咳嗽为首发症状,均为轻型,1例为中型。14例患者造血干细胞顺利植活并出仓,1例继发植入失败但桥接同胞异基因造血干细胞移植,1例死亡。结论:新型冠状病毒感染增加了脐带血干细胞移植的难度,但仍需要更多临床数据进一步佐证。Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment strategies of cord blood hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),so as to improve the clinical treatment level of such patients.Methods:The general situation,clinical diagnosis,characteristics of coronavirus disease 2019,cell viability time,treatment and prognosis of 16 patients with cord blood transplantation were retrospectively analyzed.Results:15 patients had fever with cough as the first symptom.All of them were mild patients and 1 case was medium patient.In 14 patients,hematopoietic stem cells were successfully transplanted and removed from the warehouse,1 patient had secondary implantation failure but bridge sib allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,and 1 patient died.Conclusion:Coronavirus disease 2019 has increased the difficulty of cord blood stem cell transplantation,but more clinical data are needed to further support it.
