摘 要:为了探讨太极拳与健步走练习对高校保健班学生身体自尊的影响,将60名保健班学生随机分为太极拳组、健步走组与对照组,每组20人,太极拳组、健步走组分别进行每周3次的太极拳锻炼、健步走锻炼干预,对照组进行自由活动(无干预).在实验前、中、后期对3组学生身体的自尊量表进行测量.干预16周后,从多维度进行组间和组内比较,各维度均有显著差异.结果表明:太极拳和健步走锻炼均有利于提高保健班学生的身体自尊水平,且长期进行太极拳锻炼的效果更佳.In order to explore the impact of Tai Chi and fitness walking exercises on the physical self-esteem of college health class students,60 health class students were randomly divided into Tai Chi group,fitness walking group,and control group,with 20 people in each group.The Tai Chi group and fitness walking group received three interventions of Tai Chi exercise and fitness walking exercise per week,while the control group received free activities(no intervention),measuring the physical self-esteem scale of three groups of students before,during,and after the experiment.After 16 weeks of intervention,significant differences were observed in both inter group and intra group comparisons across multiple dimensions.The results showed that both Tai Chi and fitness walking exercise are beneficial for improving students’physical self-esteem,and long-term Tai Chi exercise has a better effect.
