摘　　要：本文结合二十大报告的主要内容,对报告内容进行了阐述、评价和分析。认为报告全面系统地回答了“什么是中国式现代化、如何实现中国式现代化”这一重大理论和现实问题;中国式现代化的重要特征表明,中国式现代化以人民为中心,促进人的全面发展,推进生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好,走和平发展、合作共赢之路,形成了兼具人类共同价值和中国自身特色的价值体系,不仅有益于中国人民,更造福于世界人民,具有属于全人类进步的文明价值:中国式现代化的本质要求是创造人类文明新形态,统筹推动物质文明、政治文明、精神文明、社会文明、生态文明全面协调发展,创造富强、民主、文明、和谐、美丽的社会主义现代化强国,促进不同文明相互融合、交流互鉴而不是文明冲突,为人类文明发展提供了更多的中国智慧和中国方案;党的二十大报告指出,全面建成社会主义现代化强国,总的战略安排是分两步走,从2020年到2035年基本实现社会主义现代化;从2035年到本世纪中叶把我国建成富强、民主、文明、和谐、美丽的社会主义现代化强国。未来五年是全面建成社会主义现代化国家开局起步的关键时期。全面建成社会主义现代化强国的战略安排,为我们从历史的维度理解和认识中国式现代化进程提供了发展方向与时间坐标。Based on the main contents of the report to the Party's 2oth National Congress,this paper expounds and evaluates the contents of the report.The author thinks that the report comprehensively and systematically answers the important theoretical and practical questions of"what is Chinese modernization and how to realize Chinese modernization".The important features of Chinese modernization show that it puts people at the center,promotes well-rounded development of the people,increases production,leads a prosperous life and a sound ecological environment,pursues peaceful development and win cooperation,and forms a value system that combines the common values of mankind and China's own characteristics.It not only belongs to the Chinese people,but also benefits people around the world.It has civilized values that belong to the progress of all mankind;The essence of Chinese modernization is to create a new form of human civilization,promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of material,political,spiritual,social and ecological civilizations in a coordinated way,create a great modern socialist country that is prosperous,strong,democratic,culturally advanced,harmonious and beautiful,and promote integration and mutual learning among different civilizations instead of clash of civilizations.It has provided more Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions for the development of human civilization.The report to the Party's 2Oth National Congress pointed out that the overall strategic plan for building a great modern socialist country in all respects is a two-step process,with socialist modernization basically realized from 2020 to 2035.To build China into a great modern socialist country that is prosperous,strong,democratic,culturally advanced,harmonious and beautiful from 2035 to the middle of this century.The next five years will be a crucial period for comprehensively building a modern socialist country.The strategic arrangement of building a great modern socialist country in an all-round way provides the development
