摘　　要：在高职体育竞技训练中,运动App为学生提供了个性化的训练计划、实时监测和反馈,以及视频示范和教程,有助于提高学生的运动技能、运动表现和动力水平。同时,还促进了学生之间的竞争与合作,增加了社交因素,推动了个人和团队的运动表现。可以说,运动App在高职体育竞技训练中发挥着积极的作用。随着科技发展,未来的运动App将不断发展和完善,以更好地支持学生的体育发展。In higher vocational sports competitive training,sports APP provides students with personalized training plans,real-time monitoring and feedback,as well as video demonstrations and tutorials,helping to improve students' sports skills,athletic performance and dynamic level.At the same time,it also promotes competition and cooperation among students,adds social elements,and drives individual and team performance.Sports App plays a positive role in higher vocational sports competitive training.With the development of science and technology,the future sports App will continue to develop and improve to better support students' sports development.
