摘 要:将心理情景剧应用于大学生心理健康教育课程,契合大学生心理健康教育的目标。通过营造典型场景,丰富心理情景剧创作题材;重视暖身环节,引导学生全情投入;结合朋辈教育,整合自我教育资源和力量;加强正向引导,有效发挥教师主导作用等手段,让大学生在理解与包容的心理场中,以沉浸体验式学习掌握心理健康知识与技能,促进师生之间的教学互动,提升大学生在心理健康课堂中的体验与感受,思考心理问题成因,寻找解决问题的方法,实现身心健康和全面发展。By creating typical scenes and enriching the themes of psychological drama creation,this paper explores the strategies for applying psychological melodrama to college students'mental health education courses.Firstly,attach importance to the warm-up process and guide students to fully immerse themselves;Secondly,combining peer education and integrating self-education resources and strength;Thirdly,strengthen positive guidance and effectively leverage the leading role of teachers.These teaching strategies enable college students to master mental health knowledge and skills through immersive experiential learning in a psychological field of understanding and tolerance,promote teaching interaction between teachers and students,enhance their experience and feelings in mental health classrooms,think about the causes of psychological problems,find solutions to problems,and achieve physical and mental health and comprehensive development.
