公立医院志愿服务管理创新的SWOT分析

摘　　要：经济社会转型升级与现代医院高质量发展赋予了新时代医院人文建设更高的要求,湖北省各大型医院推出的志愿服务也在提档升级,尤其是彰显公益性的公立医院,文章对华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院车谷院区进行的志愿服务管理创新进行基于内外部竞争环境和竞争条件下的态势分析(Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats,SWOT),旨在全面评估其优势、劣势、机会和威胁。通过研究,发现以该院区为例的公立医疗机构在志愿服务管理方面具有提高患者满意度、优化医院人力资源配置等优势,但仍存在服务内容不够丰富、志愿者积极性不高等劣势。面对政策支持、社会影响力等机会,公立医院志愿服务也面临供需矛盾、市场竞争等威胁。据此分析,文章提出相应的优化策略。The transformation and upgrading of the economy and society and the high-quality development of modern hospitals have placed higher demands on the humanistic construction of hospitals in the new era.The volunteer services launched by various large hospitals in Hubei Province are also upgrading,especially public hospitals that demonstrate public welfare.This article conducts a Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats(SWOT)analysis of the volunteer service management innovation of Auto Valley Campus of Union Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,aiming to comprehensively evaluate its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats.Through research,it was found that public medical institutions such as this hospital district have advantages in improving patient satisfaction and optimizing hospital human resource allocation in the management of volunteer services,but still have disadvantages such as insufficient service content and low volunteer enthusiasm.Facing opportunities such as policy support and social influence,public hospital volunteer services also face threats such as supply and demand contradictions and market competition.Based on this analysis,this article proposes corresponding optimization strategies.
