摘 要:采用干摩擦阻尼结构抑制燃气轮机叶片振动的方法得到国内外学者的广泛关注。从动力学模型建立、非线性振动稳态响应求解方法和阻尼减振试验等方面对叶片干摩擦阻尼减振技术进行了较为详细的综述,总结了干摩擦阻尼减振技术在理论计算和试验设计方面的研究现状,分析了干摩擦阻尼减振的影响因素,提出了阻尼减振技术所存在的技术困难。最后,归纳了国外阻尼减振技术的新思路、新方法,提出了叶片干摩擦阻尼减振技术在未来的应用前景和发展方向。It has been widely concerned that using dry friction damper to suppress gas turbine blade vibration by domestic and foreign scholars.In this paper,the techniques of blade dry friction damping are reviewed in detail from the aspects of establishing dynamic model,solving the steady state response of nonlinear vibration and damping test,the research status of dry friction damping technology in theoretical calculation and experimental design is summarized,the influencing factors of dry friction damping are analyzed,and the technical difficulties of dry friction damping technology are put forward.Finally,the new ideas and methods of damping technology abroad are summarized,the application prospect and development direction of blade dry friction damping technology in the future are discussed.
