摘　　要：目的 探究分析肝炎患者的肝功能测试结果和血清中的胆碱酶水平变化。方法 选取2020年1月—2022年12月本院检验科接收的28例肝炎患者为观察对象,将之设为观察组,收集整理其基本病例资料,确认其满足肝功能测试和胆碱酶水平检测条件。再从院中选择同期进行体检的30例患者设为对照组,对观察组和对照组先后实施肝功能测试和血清碱酶水平检测,比较两组受检者的肝功能指标水平和血清胆碱酶水平。结果 观察组的谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血清胆固醇(CHO)等肝功能指标水平均高于对照组,血清白蛋白(ALB)水平低于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的血清胆碱酶水平(CHE)明显低于对照组,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肝炎患者的AST、ALT、CHO等肝功能指标水平均高于普通人,ALB和CHE水平则明显更低,对这几项指标进行检测,通过数据的变化能够对诊断肝炎和判断病情发展起到巨大作用,可以为后期治疗方案的制定提供可靠的依据。Objective To explore and analyze liver function test results and changes of serum cholinesterase levels of hepatitis patients.Methods The paper chose 28 hepatitis patients in laboratory department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 as observation subjects in observation group,met conditions for liver function testing and cholinesterase level detection bases on basic case data,and chose 30 patients with physical examinations during the same period as control group.Liver function tests and serum alkaline enzyme levels in observation group and control group were detected respectively.Liver function indicators and serum cholinesterase levels were compared between two groups.Result(1)Liver function:detection found levels of liver function indicators of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and serum cholesterol(CHO) in observation group were higher than control group,while levels of serum albumin(ALB) were lower than control group.Data had statistical significance between groups,(P<0.05).(2) Cholesterase:detection found serum cholinesterase level(CHE)of observation group was significantly lower than control group,data had statistical significance between groups,(P<0.05).Conclusion Levels of liver function indicators of AST,ALT,CHO of hepatitis patients are higher than general population,while levels of ALB and CHE are significantly lower.Detection of indicators plays great role in diagnosing hepatitis and development of the disease based on data changes,which can provide reliable basis for the formulation of later treatment scheme.
