基于知识产权信息素养视角探讨高校专利文献利用改善策略

摘　　要：文章首先采用引文分析法对C9高校2015—2020年中国知网收录的自然科学领域期刊论文中的参考文献类型进行分析,以间接了解高校专利文献的利用现状。然后采用访谈法调研湖南大学理工类教师科研群体和学生群体对专利文献的利用情况,以直接了解高校专利文献的利用情况及影响专利文献利用的相关因素。最后基于知识产权信息素养的视角,提出改善高校师生专利文献利用情况的相关策略。With citation analysis,this article initially examines the types of references in journal articles in the field of natural sciences collected by the CNKI from C9 League universities during 2015 to 2020,to indirectly understand the current status of patent literature utilization in universities.Subsequently,it uses interview method to investigate the usage of patent literature among the faculty research groups and students of science and engineering at Hunan University,to directly comprehend the situation and related factors influencing the utilization of patent literature in universities.Lastly,from the perspective of intellectual property information literacy,this paper proposes relevant strategies to improve the utilization of patent literature by teachers and students in universities.
