摘  要:研究酶法制备玉米糊精的工艺条件,采用凝胶渗透色谱法分析玉米糊精的分子质量分布,并且对比了不同分子质量糊精对水泥水化的影响。结果表明,在其他条件一定的情况下,玉米糊精的分子质量(Mw)在只改变酶添加量时为14063~70948,在只改变反应时间时为12744~20526,在只改变反应温度时为14063~86179,在只改变淀粉乳质量浓度时为12635~111210。一定条件下制备的糊精Mw为48762,能够在几乎不延长缓凝时间的情况下,使得水化热峰值较空白样降低30%左右。Study on the process condition of producing corn dextrin by enzymatic method,and molecular weight distribution was investigated by GPC.And the effects of different molecular weight dextrins on cement hydration were compared.Results indicated that when other conditions were fixed,molecular weight of corn dextrin was changed byα-enzyme dosage from 14063 to 70948,by time from 12744 to 20526,by temperature from 14063 to 86179,by starch concentration from 12635 to 111210.Under certain conditions,a dextrin with an Mw of around 48762 was prepared,It can reduce the peak hydration heat by about 30%without almost prolonging the retarding time.
