摘　　要：坚持走中国式高校劳动教育的新道路,一要明确劳动教育的价值导向,坚持从劳动教育的需求价值、生活价值、时代价值出发,找准发力点;二要构建劳动教育课程体系,打造劳动教育主体课程群,加强劳动教育与思政课程、专业课程和职业课程的联动;三要开发劳动教育实践资源,挖掘校园劳动实践资源、加强与社会力量的合作、充分利用网络技术资源,构建“三全育人”的大格局;四要完善劳动教育保障机制,加强劳动教育管理机制、师资队伍保障机制、劳动教育评价机制,建设全面构建体现时代特征的劳动教育体系。First,it is necessary to clarify the value orientation of labor education,adhere to the demand value,life value and era value of labor education,and find the right point of force;Second,it is necessary to construct the curriculum system of labor education,build the main curriculum group of labor education,and strengthen the linkage between labor education and ideological and political courses,professional courses and vocational courses;Third,it is necessary to develop the practical resources of labor education,tap the campus labor practice resources,strengthen the cooperation with social forces,fully utilize the network technology resources,and construct the large pattern of“Three Complete Education”;Fourth,it is necessary to improve the guarantee mechanism of labor education,strengthen the management mechanism of labor education,the guarantee mechanism of teaching staff,the evaluation mechanism of labor education,and build the comprehensive system of labor education that reflects the characteristics of the times,in order to adhere to the new path of Chinese style in labor education in colleges and universities.
