摘 要:建立HPLC法同时测定人参和三七不同部位丙二酰基人参皂苷和中性皂苷的含量,并采用聚类分析和主成分分析的化学计量学方法分析丙二酰基人参皂苷和中性皂苷含量,以对人参和三七地上和地下药用部位进行分类。结果表明人参中性皂苷和丙二酰基人参皂苷在人参和三七不同部位中存在着显著的差异。在人参的地下部位中,丙二酰基人参皂苷的含量均略高于中性人参皂苷;在人参的地上部位,丙二酰基人参皂苷含量低于中性人参皂苷;然而丙二酰基人参皂苷不论在三七地下部位还是地上部位含量均较低。聚类分析和主成分分析结果显示,12批人参和三七样品分成4类,人参地下部位R1〜R4聚为一类,地上部位R5〜R6聚为一类;三七地下部位S1〜S4聚为一类,地上部位S5〜S6聚为一类。此方法灵敏度高,稳定可靠,可为人参和三七不同部位的准确鉴别提供科学依据。A HPLC method was established for simultaneous determination of the content of malonyl ginsenosides and neutral ginsenosides in different parts of P.ginseng and P.notoginseng,chemometric methods such as cluster analysis and principal component analysis were used to analyze the content of malonyl ginsenosides and neutral ginsenosides,in order to classify the above-ground and underground medicinal parts of P.ginseng and P.notoginseng.The results showed that there were significant differences between the content of malonyl ginsenosides and neutral ginsenosides in different parts of P.ginseng and P.notoginseng.The contents of malonyl ginsenosides were slightly higher than neutral ginsenosides in the underground parts of P.ginseng.In contrast,the contents of malonyl ginsenosides were lower than neutral ginsenosides in the above-ground parts of P.ginseng.However,the contents of malonyl ginsenosides in P.notoginseng were relatively low.Cluster analysis and principal component analysis showed that the samples from different parts of P.ginseng and P.notoginseng were divided into four main clusters,samples S1〜S4(underground parts of P.ginseng)were in group I,samples S5〜S6(aerial parts of P.ginseng)were classified in groupⅡ,samples R1〜R4(underground parts of P.notoginseng)were classified in group III,and samples R5〜R6(aerial parts of P.notoginseng)were in groupⅣ.This method had high sensitivity,stability and reliability.The study provides a scientific basis for accurate identification of different parts of P.ginseng and P.notoginseng.
