摘　　要：在大数据背景下,企业员工应急能力培训模式变得尤为重要。本文介绍大数据背景下应急能力培训的重要性,分析当前培训模式存在的问题,旨在了解当前企业员工应急能力培训模式,并提出一些改进建议,以提高企业员工的应急能力。Under the background of big data,the training mode of enterprise employees'emergency ability becomes particularly important.This paper introduces the importance of emergency ability training under the background of big data,analyzes the problems existing in the current training mode,aims to analyze the current training mode of enterprise employees'emergency ability,and puts forward some improvement suggestions to improve the emergency ability of enterprise employees.
