摘　　要：防爆柴油机是煤矿辅助运输装备的主要动力源之一,安全保护与启动系统是防爆柴油机必备系统,小型辅助运输装备的高度集成化给防爆柴油机提出了新要求。通过对无轨胶轮车防爆柴油机保护及启动系统进行研究,设计了一种基于机油保护、液压马达启动的防爆柴油机机油保护液压启动系统。通过采用机油保护液压启动,综合运用装备本身自带资源,实现防爆柴油机的正常启动与保护,满足小型低矮紧凑装备在性能及空间布置的需求,提高装备的功能性、经济性、可靠性,提升装备的应用价值。The explosion-proof diesel engine is one of the main power sources of auxiliary transportation equipment in coal mine.Safety protection and starting are essential systems of the explosion-proof diesel engine.Based on the research of the protection and starting system of the explosion-proof diesel engine for the explosion-proof diesel vehicle with the trackless rubber wheel,a kind of hydraulic starting system based on oil protection and hydraulic starting was designed.Through the use of oil protection and hydraulic starting,the comprehensive use of equipment own resources,to achieve the normal starting and protection of the explosion-proof diesel engine to meet the needs of small,low and compact equipment in performance and space layout,improve the functionality of the equipment and economy,reliability,and enhance the application value of the equipment.
