摘 要:采用27SiMn材质导向套作为研究对象,研究了镀锌彩色钝化、镀铜、QPQ盐浴、镀锌军绿钝化等4种表面处理工艺在NASS中性盐雾试验、ASS酸性盐雾试验、SO_(2)腐蚀试验、H_(2)S腐蚀试验和HNO_(3)蒸汽腐蚀试验等单一人工模拟腐蚀环境中的抗腐蚀性能。4种表面处理技术在5种单一腐蚀环境中的耐腐蚀性差异较大,试验结果可为在煤矿工作面复杂多样的腐蚀工况下表面处理工艺的选取提供参考和测试方法。The guide sleeve made of 27SiMn material was used as the research object to study the corrosion resistance of four surface treatment processes,including galvanized color passivation,copper plating,QPQ salt bath and galvanized army green passivation,in a single artificial simulated corrosion environment such as NASS neutral salt spray test,ASS acid salt spray test,SO_(2) corrosion test,H_(2)S corrosion test and HNO_(3) vapor corrosion test.The corrosion resistance of the four surface treatment technologies in the five single corrosion environments is quite different,and the test results can provide a reference and test method for the selection of surface treatment processes under the complex and diverse corrosion conditions of the coal mine working face.
