摘  要:链轮作为刮板输送机传动系统的关键零部件,其链窝承受强冲击、强挤压的作用,故对链窝的表面性能要求非常高。相较于传统的表面淬火技术,对3D增材技术展开了分析研究,利用六轴机器人+两轴翻转台,采用最优化的焊接路径,使用高合金耐磨熔覆焊材,对链轮链窝位置进行针对性的加强,以较低的成本实现了高耐磨链轮的3D智能制造。Sprocket as a key components of the scraper conveyor transmission system,which socket withstands strong impact and compression,so the surface performance requirement are very high.Compared with the traditional surface quenching technology,the 3D additive technology was analysed and studied.By using six-axis robot and two-axis turning table,the optimized welding path were adopted.By using high-alloy and wear resistant cladding welding material,the position of sprocket socket dimple was strengthened pertinently.The 3D intelligent manufacturing of high wear-resistant sprocket was realized with lower cost.
